With the experience of running events for hundred of participants, raison d’art has refined its process into simple steps, leaving you free to enjoy the event.
Step 1 – Concept
Choose an existing design that suits the theme of your party, or have Nathalie Hazan custom design a work of art that meets the requirements of your event.
Step 2 – Production
We hand paint or print a large scale (4’x4’ plus) black on white artwork from design you have chosen . The large artwork is then cut into individual square pieces (approximately 8”) – one for every participant.
Step 3 – Boxed and shipped
A box is sent to you containing (a) the chosen artwork cut into individual squares – each with a number printed on the back, (b) a wall grid with corresponding numbering, (c) all the necessary art supplies, and simple-to-follow instructions.
The day of the event you hang the supplied grid on the wall, and have everyone color or draw on their individual square.

As the events progresses the original artwork is recreated now enhanced with the colors of each person.
You can then take down the art, put it back in the box and ship it back to us. We can then digitize it, make it available on the internet and even frame it for you..
