Notman House

An on-going collective fundraising installation that reimagines the archives of Notman's photographic work with the entrepreneurs of today.

I-1519_edited_edited.jpg
William Notman, the leading photographer of his period, and a true entrepreneur pioneered a photographic process of image layering to create a unique and dynamic picture. Using a modern-day version of his technique, Raison d’art, in collaboration with the McCord Museum and on behalf of the OSMO Foundation, has created a remarkable photographic installation that resonates with the history of Notman House. Each donor is invited to choose a photograph from the Notman archive, which is beautifully reworked and colorized to incorporate their personalized message and inspire all entrepreneurs and visitors.
